Lighting lenses are specialized optical transparent accessories exclusively designed for light fixture equipment, serving as a key core component that determines the light output effect of all kinds of lamps and lanterns. Different from traditional optical lenses used for imaging and vision correction, lighting lenses focus on controlling, adjusting, and redistributing light beams rather than capturing or magnifying images. The core working principle of lighting lenses is based on the refraction and reflection of light. After the light source emits scattered and divergent original light, it passes through the curved surface of the lighting lens, which changes the propagation direction of light rays uniformly and accurately. Ordinary LED light sources often produce scattered light with low utilization rate, glaring spots, and uneven illumination. Low-loss optical coating technology further improves light transmittance above 90%, while anti-yellowing and high-temperature resistant materials adapt to high-power lamp heat dissipation environments. As an essential part of high-quality lighting systems, lighting lenses directly determine the illumination uniformity, lighting range, and visual comfort of lamps, becoming a key factor in measuring the comprehensive performance of modern lighting equipment.
