The excellent performance of professional lighting optical lenses comes from sophisticated manufacturing processes and strict multi-layer quality control standards, rather than simple plastic molding. Many low-quality lenses on the market have common problems such as poor light uniformity, low transmittance, easy yellowing, and fragile structure, all of which are caused by backward production technology and missing quality inspection procedures. The manufacturing of premium optical lenses starts with high-purity raw material screening. We exclusively use virgin optical-grade PC and PMMA materials without any recycled impurities. Impure recycled materials will produce internal particle impurities, light scattering points, and poor weather resistance, resulting in decreased light transmittance and rapid yellowing. Before production, all raw materials undergo strict light transmittance testing, impurity detection, and high-temperature aging screening to ensure that each batch of raw materials meets international optical industry standards, laying a solid foundation for final lens performance.

In the formal molding process, we adopt high-precision injection molding and vacuum optical copying technology. Ordinary lens manufacturers use ordinary mold injection, resulting in rough surface texture, inaccurate optical curvature, and inconsistent beam angles. Our professional optical molds are processed by micron-level precision CNC equipment, with ultra-smooth cavity surfaces and accurate optical microstructure distribution. The vacuum injection molding process effectively avoids bubble generation, shrinkage deformation, and surface texture defects, ensuring that each lens has consistent curvature, uniform light transmission, and accurate beam angle parameters. After molding, all lenses are manually trimmed and precisely polished to remove burrs and edge defects.

The final link is strict multi-dimensional quality control. Each batch of finished lenses will pass professional tests including light transmittance detection, beam angle accuracy calibration, glare coefficient test, high and low temperature cycle aging test, and impact resistance test. Unqualified products with light distortion, angle deviation, surface fogging, and poor weather resistance will be completely eliminated. Only lenses that pass all quality inspections can be packaged and delivered.
